knuckle pushups are good for bones
day by day goes by.. i felt that my knuckles are harder than last time.. maybe its due to overdoing knuckle pushups i guess.. i'm quite happy that the bones are starting to become harder day by day

.......
1. Of What use is the draught of immortality to me now that we will never see each other again, and i spend my days shedding enough tears to float upon their wake?
2. With my strength and my bow, I should be able to strike down the dragon and obtain the jewel from around its neck.
3. I thought it was real, yet when I look closer, it was a but a bejeweled branch bedecked with words.
4. Now that I have obtained the garments that will not burn in the undying flames of my love, my sleeves are dried of my melancholy tears, and i may see you again today.
5. Had I known that this robe would burn without a trace, I would not have doubted its verity; instead of casting it into flames, I would have spent my days admiring it.
6. You have not come by in a long time; is it true that I await the Shawllow's Cowrie Shell to no avail, just as there are neither pine trees nor shells in the desolate Cove of Sumi, which is even shunned by the waves?
7. I thought the stone bowl would be alight with Buddha's virtue, but I do not even see a glimmer of light that one can see in dew-laden grass. What have you truly sought in Mt. Ogura?
8. Now that the time has come for me to don my Feathered Robe of the Heavens and bid farewell to the earthly world, I long for your presence and I suffer.
