knuckle pushups are good for bones

day by day goes by.. i felt that my knuckles are harder than last time.. maybe its due to overdoing knuckle pushups i guess.. i'm quite happy that the bones are starting to become harder day by day

those bones are having sores & pains inside

right now my both hands are having pains afer doing pushups for a few weeks.. i didnt let the pain stop me from proceeding with it.. it was during night 0300 when i woke up then i realized that my knuckles are swollen.. i slept till 6am and i continue building up my knuckles with punching rice bags & hitting the cardboard boxes..

today's status

today it wasn't a good day for me as i was not feeling well .. i woke up in the morning and i was feeling sad because it was the school holidays already and the whole class also seperated .. nothing much as today it was raining .. i didn't play any games as i was not in a mood .. i only chat with my friend on phone and i decided to take a rest

Today's completely screwed up trip to the ITE (17/10/2008)

today it was the trip to the ITE College East somewhere which was far from my house .. at 1st i went to school and the bloodsuckers and i all went up and followed to the ITE by the school transport .. it was kind of a pissed off session which i had there, those bloodsuckers and the rest of the aliens were all in a damned world of their own .. that didn't concern me .. i had to follow the instructors to the various stations .. i followed around the 2nd station then i felt abit like difficult to stay in that place with a few of the uncivilizers bossing around there .. i went to a corner and stayed alone for awhile .. then we need to move on to another section which was some kind of shitty theatre or whatever damned graveyard .. i followed till i reach the entrance i wasn't happy .. about some fiends which i usually see in my eyes .. dont want to say much i just turned back and walk my way out of the ite and called for a pick up vehicle to get me out of that damned place .. i hate insults being spuned onto me and i hate irritating uncivilized people infront of me .. i walked out of that shitty ass place and went my damned way home ..

today's news

i was not in a good mood today as mid year exams were around the corner, downed to 2 weeks for revision before the exam start .. time was so short & i can't believe that it was already mid year ... i wasn't feeling happy today as there were many things happened around my area .. i was feeling sad as this is the last year in secondary school i'm going to spend with my friends, we'll be leaving the school after N level exams on september .. i was wondering ... where would all of us be after this year??? after we left school will we still be together??? i don't have much friends in this school ... thinking of this makes me feel upset ... just want to finish what i have to do before leaving school this year ... i finished my oral exam at 2.20 and reached home around 2.45 ... had my lunch and i slept from 3.00 to 5.20 and woke up, the sky was dark as i look out from my window .. nothing much to say as today i wasn't in a good mood ... the weather look like this

killing spree at The Ark

1st i started Campaign : The Ark .. got off the pelican with a sniper rifle, got up to the 1st area took off a few brutes with a sniper rifle .. i waited 3 minutes for my team mates to clear the sector .. they cleared the sector successfully .. we proceed .. on the way i picked up a bubble shield which may come in handy on the 2nd area .. a jackal was on top of that Anti Air Battery .. no choice gotta take it out .. so wasted 13 carbine shots on it because the 1st shot didnt kill it == after jackal got pinned down by me .. i switch back to sniper rifle and took off the next few group of brutes .. till the last moment it sux .... 2 hunters got dropped off the Phantom & they started charging towards my team & killing them .. they kill 2 of my marines .. i snipe headshot .. shoot here & there also no use .... carbine rounds burn finish already .. no choice b4 my shields were drained completely .. i went back to the grav lift on the 1st area & pull out the plasma turret .. walk back to 2nd area & cleared 2 hunters then later around 2 minutes my last marine proceeded up the hill with me & we cleared the green armored brute & a few grunts .. then down the desert there were brutes & grunts guarding vehicles .. this was another fun part because there were 3 more men there , i took off the next brute & my team rammed the grunts ...... mounted a few Mongoose & we proceeded through the desert taking off the rest of the covenant forces including vehicles .. i manage to raid a Ghost & used the booster ... we took off the AA wraiths .. boarded scorpion with the rest of the backup & we proceed through the cartographer .. then suddenly a scarab was launched .. it blew right through the desert & it was firing its cannons & the plasma .. everyone suppported me & the whole team + 3 scorpions took down the scarab with ease.. thats the end for today
